Right to Manage

With Right to Manage you can do just that. There are a small number of qualifying criteria but if your block is eligible, we can help you through the process quickly and easily.
The Commonhold and Leasehold reform Act 2002 allows leasehold tenants to remove the company which manages their block and replace it with a better management company.
